  • Conceptualized a startup in Media & Entertainment Tech space where Ukio mobile app can enable and empower fans from Tier 2,3,4 locations can easily, directly & affordably connect with their choicest public figures ( content creators ) in personalized manner either for own use or to be used as a gift in a time bound and paid basis.
  • Trained, supervised, guided, led 7 team members and managed P/L of the business operations to drive the entire system which generated 3000 plus active monthly transactions through 500 plus creators and Rs 15 lac monthly revenue through digital channel partners.
  • Proposed, pitched , persuaded key partners from Cable & Broadband Industry , OTT platform, Digital India initiatives to tie up with ukio platform and offer the services through their systems which led to creation of 60000 digital channel partners which offered ukio services.
  • Coordinated with Technology team for process flow design, UI & UX , features etc based on market surveys and research to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) which could be used both by creators as well as customers for transaction purpose.

  • Managed P/L of the business operations in annually in excess of Rs 70 Cr budget which generated 38% EBITDA.
  • Liaison with Government departments, agencies, corporate for B2B tie-ups & partnerships ranging from Banking , Insurance, NBFC, Automobiles, Payments firm etc.
  • Sourced, interviewed, recruited & on boarded 275 field staff members to provide last mile solution to 50 lac farming households through 10000 digital micro channel partners, applied using catchment analysis method and followed a hybrid model of distribution
  • Devised Business plan, Go To Market (GTM), distribution planning , designed promotions & schemes at regular intervals to increases sales from the target geographies.
